All private business corporates are in habit of having many number of companies in their share holder's list . Banker who sanction loan to the tune of crore of rupees to private companies do not conduct due diligence of companies listed as share holder in a borrowing company. If fake companies and non-existent companies are removed , many of rich companies will have to reconstruct their share holding structure . It will be a Himalayan task to ensure that fake companies are fully eliminated from financial accounts of a high value borrowing company.
Similarly fake invoices are used in almost all offices and all departments , all public offices and private sector companies and almost all firms , partnership or proprietorship firms to inflate expenses or to book bribe as expenses in their books of accounts. There use to take place many expenses in all almost all offices which cannot be shown in books of accounts which are shown expenses in some other names. If fake invoices are made base of allegation of corruption , then each and every government office, each and every private or public firms doing business, each banks under public sector and each firms doing business of Chartered Accountants will be found guilty of cheating and committing fraud. Because the dirty culture is deep rooted.
Such expenses may be expenses incurred on wine parties or in distribution of bribe or expenses incurred on welcome of some VIP leader or big bosses. Sometimes these fake bills ( fake bills are those for which goods or services are not obtained in consideration of money) are prepared or demanded from genuine businessmen to compensate payment made to a company higher than normal prevalent rate . It is a common culture of business in almost all business houses and all government offices.
And the most important and ironical is that all these manipulations and accommodation in bills and accounts are suggested, managed and appropriated in legal way by none other than team of Chartered Accountants and again the same illegal transactions are certified as true and genuine transactions by none other than a different or same team of Chartered Accountant.
All types of inspectors come to inspect the dealings , verify and then certify the genuineness of the balance sheet so prepared as a ritual. This is a well established culture in our country. Nothing surprising fact has been revealed by Kirti Azaz for which entire country specially leaders of Non-BP camp like Congress Party and Aam Admi Party (AAP) were eagerly waiting. Entire audio-video exposure simply indicates the quality of auditing, quality of accounting and quality of governance in our country.
Talk of cost escalation also seems to be rubbish. Even a simple common men initiates a project of construction of a family house, estimated cost starts from 10 lac and sometimes reaches to double or triple cost. Sometime a person visualise a house of one BHK and then extends it to two or three BHK. Same thing appear to have happened in case of price escalation in construction and extension work related to Firoz Shah Kotla stadium. If we look into history of all big PSUs and try to assess their projected cost for establishment of the planned business venture , it will be crystal clear that in majority of such ventures, project cost escalated to higher level.
In the same way when a person avails bank loan of Rs.20.00 lac from a bank for construction of a house say at estimated cost of Rs.40 lac, bank ask for bill from time to time as and when construction work progress ahead. Since there are many such purchases where genuine bills are not available due to either system fault or due to some other reasons, loan taker is constrained to arrange bill at each phase of construction aggregating to Rs.40 lac to get a loan of Rs.20 lac.
Similarly many expenses incurred in government offices are such which cannot be booked in black and white of for which bills are not available, the person concerned are constrained to manage false bills to enable auditors to certify the genuineness of entire transaction. I reiterate here that there are many such expenses for which genuine bills are not available . This is ground reality of Indian financial practices and habits.
Majority of business men make efforts to evade tax to maximum extent . In all towns and cities , you will find office of consultants manned by clever middlemen or Chartered Accountants who suggest ways to minimise payment of taxes of all types and all these persons and offices work in nexus with tax officials only. Entire system and practices prevalent in our country are such that a truly and ideally perfect business man cannot do business peacefully. There may be some exceptions, but exception do not depict real nature of a financial culture or financial system.
You may take examples of any government project or private project , price escalation is invariably the reality and one cannot avoid it. Some time cost of project rises due to delay in statutory clearances, sometime due to delay in getting loan from financial institutions, sometimes in extension in construction, sometimes due to rise in input cost, sometime due to hike in labour cost, sometimes to mechanical failure or loss due to unnatural incidents, sometimes due to demand of improvement in quality of goods and services proposed , sometimes due to change in fashion and so on.
It is also possible and it cannot be denied that sometimes prices go up due to unofficial expenses, like bribe to different officials, distribution of gifts to VIP officers, Sometime in payment to local mafia men as Rangdari tax , sometime in making donations to political parties and blackmailing politicians and so on. There are many towns in many states , where a person who buys a house or starts construction of a house, he has to pay huge money to local muscle men to get protection from anti-social elements . Similarly most of business men in our country have to pay different types of gifts to different officials attached with different departments.
Here the main question which should be raised are whether the construction of stadium similar to disputed Firoz Shah Kotla Stadium can be constructed in Rs22 crore or Rs.50crore or Rs.100 crore . Experts should say in brief , how much is the reasonable amount which should have been incurred in finishing the stadium and how much extra is spent.
And then one should inquire who are those beneficiaries of extra amount and same should be verified from bank accounts where payment has been made by cheque.
Who are CAs , officers and executives who verified and certified inflated cost without an justification. They should then look into information that more than Rs.900 crore or Rs.500 crores were spend in construction or renovation of other stadium in same town or in other town , which is more or less four to five times of what is spent in construction of said disputed Firoz Shah Kotla stadium.
Unfortunately leaders of Congress Party or that of Aam Admi Party are involved in character assassination of Mr. Arun Jaitley or tarnishing the image of Bharitya Janta Party BJP or Mr. Narendra Modi , Prime Minister of India. They are least bothered of corruption and neither they are taking any step to stop it.
I say so Kirti Azad who has become a Hero today has been complaining about irregularities since long , but neither Delhi Government led by Sheila Dikshit of Congress Party nor the then UPA government led by clean Manmohan Singh could find any fault in Arun Jaitley . They carried out inquiry and investigation through FIO also and no charge could be established against Mr. Jaitley. Still leaders of Congress Party are crying in tune with AAP leaders just to make it a political issue and crate a false perception against ruling BJP , against Mr. Jaitley and Mr. Modi.
Leaders of AAP and Congress Party during all conversations on TV do not level specific charge of corruption against Mr. Jaitley but focus one and only point that Mr. Arun Jaitley was President of DDCA for ten years inspite of the fact that the investigation report submitted by a constitutional authority reported that the President Mr. Jaitley was not involved in day to day activities of DDCA. The investigation report also say that though there was some technical deficiencies but there was no financial irregularities . Still leaders of Congress Part who got the entire episode investigated during their rue are crying now against Mr. Jaitley , They do not feel shame in telling lie before national media.
I like to mention here that A money bill can be introduced in the Parliament only with the President’s recommendation. The President lays the Annual Financial Statement, i.e. the Union budget, before the Parliament. The President can take advances out of the Contingency Fund of India to meet unforeseen expenses. The President constitutes a Finance commission after every five years to recommend the distribution of the taxes between the centre and the States. All types of financial bills are signed or certified by President of India.
Can we hold President of India for all scam which took place during last six to seven decades?
Can we hold Manmohan Singh fully responsible and punishable for all scams which took place during ten year rule of UPA?
Frauds amounting of hundreds of crores of rupees are detected in almost all public sector banks, Loans given by each PSU bank to the tune of thousands of crores of rupees are declared Non-performing Assets, loans valued thousands of crores of rupees are restructured to hide bad assets, loans valued lacs of crore of rupees are written off and hundreds of crores of bank interest is scarified in favour of bad borrowers in the name of cleaning balance sheet , and all have been certified by Team of veteran and experienced Chartered Accountants. If honest investigation is carried out majority of Branch Managers , Regional Heads, Zonal Heads will be found guilty.
In such case CMD and EDs of each bank should be sent to jail because under their leadership and their monitoring , country lost lacs of crores of rupees. I am saying so, because some of politicians are demanding removal of Mr. Jaitley from the post of Finance Minister, they may ask removal of all CMDs of all banks also to enable them to investigate bank accounts. Moreover , since all PSUs are in control of FM and RBI , all FMs of past and all officials f RBI should also be sent to jail for losses caused to bank due to their deficient monitoring and evil-motivated sanctions of loans. All CAs should also be sent to jail who certified a wrong balance sheet simply to earn lucrative high audit fees.
There are many organisations, Financial Institutes and government bodies where PM or CM or FM or Governor or other top dignitaries are ex-officio president of these bodies .
Can we hold such ex-official responsible and punishable for fraud which take place in such FI or government bodies?
Lastly , I can say that politicians like Kirti Azad or Arvind Kejriwal can try to make such issues for political advantage but they cannot help in eradication of corruption from the system . If a CM or PM want to eradicate corruption from the system , they have to work from ground level .
Mr. Arvind Kejriwal CM Delhi has failed to catch evil persons holding key posts in his own party. Many ministers of AAP are charged with several criminal activities and some of them are in jail and some others are facing trial in court. Similarly Congress party lost its power only due to hundreds of scams which took place under the leadership of so called clean PM Mr. Manmohan Singh. Naturally these parties are trying to trap ruling party leaders somehow or the other, by hook or by crook , rightly or wrongly.
AAP accused of protecting his Principal Secretary is trying to divert public mind and media men from evil works of his party to that of BJP, to Mr. Jaitley and to Mr. Modi .
Similarly leaders of Congress Party who are fully trapped in National Herald Case are trying to change the subject of TV media and change the mind of common men by projecting false story of corruption against Mr. Arun Jaitley knowing very well that Mr. Jaitley is no where linked with corruption alleged to have taken place in case of DDCA.
In course of mutual mud slinging process initiated by all political parties, real work related to development is delayed, atmosphere of the country is polluted and image of the country is tarnished in international forum , but real culprit can not be trapped unless and until effective corrective steps are taken from grass root level.
Politicians who cry foul against corruption will have to first clean their own home , own party and own government and then only they will be able to say strongly against corruption of others , of other parties and about other government.
Unfortunately whenever crime of one politician is exposed, he gives example of corruption of other politicians to get protection and both of them turn the debate on TV hot and inconclusive.
This is why always say that if judiciary and police reforms are expedited and if these two departments start working honestly , sincerely and devotedly, if they are given adequate infrastructure and adequate protection and if their working is not interfered by politicians and VIPs , I have no doubt that volume of corruption will gradually come down and give rise to healthy work culture in our country.
Last but not the least ,I do not mean to say that power has not been misused by the authorities or by concerned persons in DDCA or overspending has not taken place, or misappropriation of money has not taken place in DDCA , but I mean to say that it needs honesty investigation to find the real culprit and not just to conduct a press Conference and sensitise a non-issue or small issue to national issue for suppressing a greater event of corruption which is under investigation of CBI or court of law.

Similarly Mr. Kirti Azad may conduct press conference to show audio-video clips to come on national TV and cause some erosion in popularity of Mr. Modi and his government . Similarly Rahul Gandhi from Congress Party may cry from Red Fort that the case filed against him and his colleagues in his party is a political vendetta. Of course these false and unsubstantiated and unproved allegation creates wrong perception about a leader and about a political party or about a business house .This is India where even so called intelligent Indian citizens are misguided by media propaganda and man times honest and devoted leaders become victim of such misinformation campaign and misleading information. But the need of the hour is to take correct step silently to clean the system from grass root level and inculcate healthy culture in functioning of all offices and departments. All corrupt persons have to be taken to task, there is no second opinion on it. But a guilty person has to be taken to task, one has to prove it by substantial facts and figures before appropriate authorities or file a case in proper court of law. Habit of maligning image of a person or a party in public domain may help in gaining political advantage at the cost of others , but cannot help in reduction of corruption or in changing corrupt culture or in mitigating the pain of common men who are sufferer due to loss of money in pilferages or due to inflated cost in execution of government projects causing grater tax burden on common men.

I would like to suggest stern and quick punishment to those persons and politicians who put false blame in public domain against any officer or any political leader without any substance but with biased and malicious intention only to tarnish one's image. Though there is a provision for filing of defamation case in court of law, the process of judiciary is too slow to ensure justice to the aggrieved or to falsely victimised person . Unless and until our government learns and frames suitable laws and enforce it in in true spirit to punish persons who wilfully and knowingly indulges in character assassination of his opponents or his superiors to gain political mileage or to affect adversely the life and CAREER OF AN OFFICER .
It has become a culture of politicians and leaders of opposition or ruling parties to mutually blame each other and waste valuable time of Parliament , State Assemblies and finally that of all Indians . These leaders do not verify the correctness of their allegation , they simply impose false charges on any leaders they dislike. If Such persons are taken to task , every leader will think twice before putting allegation against any of his opponents.
Unfortunately , media men who are supposed to play the role of fourth pillar f democracy also join hands with such unscrupulous persons and indulge in same process of character assassination process. Media men come in picture , they organise a debate among handpicked persons of different groups to complete uncompleted task of character assassination of one's opponent rightly or wrongly , by hook or by crook. and finally sit on the chair of judge and declare at their own that the alleged person is a criminal. They do not have even patience to wait till court decides the issue.
This culture of media men as also that of political leaders has to be stopped immediately, otherwise our country will continue to suffer and precious time of Parliament and state assemblies will continue to be wasted on non -issues by opponents of rulers or by rulers to torture opponents. Government will have to ensure that all cases of disputes and all cases of alleged corruption are left to police or court of law to decide who are innocent and who are guilty Role of common men or leaders should be confined to lodge the complain and role of media men should be confined to report a incident just as news and not sit on chair of judge to torture a person or a leader to whom they dislike or hate.

During last almost seventy years of India's independence, none of Chief Ministers or political opponents could use bad words and abuse an democratically elected Prime Minister as Mr. Arvind Kejriwal Delhi Chief Minister has done . It is highly condemnable. There must be some legal or moral provisions to stop such politicians and elected heads who cross all limits of tolerance in their political or social life.
A few years ago ,Mr Kejriwal had published list of top 20 corrupt Ministers of the then UPA government led by honest PM Sri Manmohan Singh. More than three years have passed ,but Mr. Kejriwal has not proved any of charges against any of top 20 corrupt ministers of the then UPA government or charges levelled against the then Chief Minister of Delhi Ms Shiela Dikshit. .He has not even initiated any case against those alleged Ministers. He has rather created friendship with convicted Lalu and Corrupt Congress Party just to defame Modi.
Mr. Kejriwal had also accused Gadkari of BJP and labelled serious charges of corruption but could not prove it. Rather Gadkari lodged a defamation case against Kejriwal.
Now Kejriwal has accused Mr. Arun Jaitley of his involvement in DDCA corruption. He will not be able to prove it.
It is important to point out here that at the behest of previous UPA government inquiry was already conducted during regime of Congress Party itself on complain of Mr Kirti Azad and Mr Jaitley was fully exonerated. It was proved that there may be technical deficiencies in completion and funding of construction of stadium but there was no case of financial irregularities.
Still clever Mr. Kejriwal is crying loudly against Mr. Jaitley just to protect his officer cum Principal Secretary Mr. Rajinder and with a motive to divert the attention pf common men and media from CBI raid to so called corruption charges against Jaitley. He simply try to sensitise an incident rightly or wrongly .
It is ironical that Congress party whose government had already inquired into the alleged charges of corruption in DDCA is also crying in tune with Mr Kejriwal . Because both AAP and Congress Party treat Mr. Modi as common enemy and if Modi is allowed to perform , none can remove him from power due to fastly and consistently rising popularity of Mr. Narendra Modi not only in india but also all over the world.
In fact. Mr. Kejriwal has forgot and discarded his fight against corruption and now his fight is focussed against one and only person and that is Mr. Narendra .Modi and his party BJP. Purpose behind such change in strategy and focus of clever Mr. Kejriwal is crystal clear. Kejriwal is now aiming to become PM. Now Kejriwal finds no fault in Congress party or in Rahul Gandhi or in Sonia or in Shiela Dikshit or Salman khursid.
It is important to mention here that it is Central government which had referred the case of DDCA to Delhi government and asked for investigation. Had Jaitley been involved in corruption, they could have ignored the complain. They had courage to handover the case to a political enemy party AAP. This proves transparent and honest nature of BJP government.
Anyway if Mr. Jaitley is involved in so called corruption related to DDCA, Mr. Kejriwal is free to get it proved and ensure punishment to Mr. Jaitley. There is no need to cry again and again only to attract attention of media towards him. Similarly Mr. Kejriwal should have extended full support to CBI in carrying out investigation against alleged charges against his principal Secretary Mr. Rajinder.
Crime is crime and crime of all politicians should be left to court to decide and none of politicians should poke their nose in it. And no one has right to tarnish the image of any officer without proving it. Neither Mr. Kejriwal is justified in maligning the image of Mr. Jaitley nor Mr. Jaitley or anyone has the right to malign the image of Rajinder unless and until his guilt is proved by CBI.
On the contrary Mr . Kejriwal is trying to save an officer Rajinder against whom CBI conducted raid to verify alleged charges of corruption. A person who used to demand even PM Mr Manmohan Singh to be interrogated is now questioning the right of CBI conducting raid in the office of Rajinder without his permission.
I hope followers of Mr. Kejriwal and Aam Admi Party will recollect their promises , plan and agenda when they were associated with fight against corruption and will not allow them to be swayed away in dirty political current and will not allow them to become victim of greed of post and power. They had promised to give a clean politics entirely different from traditional political parties like BJP and Congress Party. They should move in the same direction and fulfil their promises.
People of Delhi gave them valuable vote only to get rid of corruption , and not to disturb peace and harmony or disturb Parliament. Finance minister Arun Jaitley is on the target of Aam Aadmi Party, which runs the government in the city, for what it believes irregularities in the construction works carried out in Feroz Shah Kotla stadium owned by the DDCA, of which the BJP leader was the president between 2004 and 2013.
The accusation and counter-accusations between the BJP and the AAP have raised a political storm, engulfing what is perhaps Delhi’s first successful story of building a modern stadium without any public expenditure.
Until 2004, the DDCA was managing with a stadium that was in a shambles. The process to give Delhi its own modern cricket stadium started when Jaitley took over that year. But from where would have such huge sum of money come? Those days the BCCI would only pledge a paltry Rs. 4 crore for renovating a stadium.
A medium pacer that he was in college and school days, Jaitley knew he needed a steady start before he could gain speed for the delivery.
The DDCA had made up his mind to taking baby steps. A decision was taken to build 43 air conditioned boxes having 30 seats each that could be leased to big corporates for 10 years for Rs. 1 lakh per seat.
Several corporate houses came forward and DDCA had Rs. 13 crore in its account to realise its dream of its own modern stadium with a seating capacity of 43,000.
Once money started pouring in through other means, the DDCA could convince corporate giants like ITC and Tata to buy two ends for `7 crore. Money kept coming to DDCA in the form of advertising rights, signage and leasing out different corners of the stadium.
At least Rs. 35 crore were mopped-up with these measures.
An impressed BCCI too decided to offer a Rs. 50 crore infrastructure subsidy. By now, the construction work had got its wings and a government company — the Engineers Projects India Limited — was engaged, through competitive bidding, to build the stadium.
In the end, cricket lovers in Delhi had their own swanky stadium for just Rs. 114 crore – much less than Rs. 900 crore spent on renovation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium or the `400 crore for the Major Dhyanchand Stadium with less than half of the seating capacity.
So, while men in khadi debate whether or not government in Delhi — which does not have a full statehood — or its chief minister without portfolio can institute a commission of enquiry, without having powers to do so, into what he believes is a financial irregularity, crickets lovers can be rest assured of some interesting cricketing clashes inside their very own stadium.

We all know that Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's political career rests on his self-professed crusade against corruption. So, to find a colleague — rather than himself, as he insists by invoking a strange version of the royal plural — being investigated for financial impropriety by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can be overtly vexing for him.
But for Kejriwal, in all his righteousness, to erupt against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the CBI raiding senior bureaucrat and the chief minister's secretary Rajender Kumar's office for allegedly favouring private firms in state tenders has more than a maniacal ring to it. Politics is no longer a college union debate. Ironically, it is the last arena where we expect to hear parliamentary language being exchanged.
But a chief minister calling the prime minister a "coward" and a "psychopath" brings us to a new low in Indian politics. The government is rightly surprised by the chief minister's response — more by its tone than by its content.
To consider a CBI raid — one among 14 others in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh — as heavy-handed bullying is one thing. The politics of vendetta and claiming victimhood are standard tropes in our version of government-opposition business. But the viciousness of Kejriwal's response, specifically attacking the prime minister, makes one wonder how he will react if a black sheep was indeed extracted from his selfdescribed white-as-driven snow flock.
Will every question, critique or investigation invite the churlish flailing about that we witnessed from the Delhi chief minister? Being holier-than-thou is a virtue to aspire to. It isn't a condition to describe oneself as. Kejriwal is only confirming his critics' charge that the Delhi CM is a man who is incapable of dealing with criticism — except in the most crass, most infantile of ways.
By singularly and peculiarly targeting the prime minister, Kejriwal has sounded unhinged. Hardly befitting a man whose job is to head the government of a state. Let alone someone whose credentials as a crusader against corruption should make him blind to where corrupt practices may emanate from.

When a girl is raped in Delhi ,Kejriwal says Delhi police in controlled by Modi. He says 30000 cases of crime has taken place in Delhi in last four years , many children have been kidnapped from Delhi and as many as 1500 rape has taken place during this year. Kejriwal has done some work in Delhi but has damaged his popularity by abusing Modi every now and then on each petty issue. he and his blind supporters say that Delhi is not secure due to Modi and if police is handed over to Delhi government, Kejriwal will control them and change the attitude of police. They mean to say that in all other states where police is in control of CM , crime is negligible, rape cases does not take place and instances of killing does not take place in those states. He has become brand ambassador of Bihar.
Will he assert that in the state of Bihar cases of rapes, killings, loot and corruption is negligible as because police is controlled by Chief Minister of Bihar?
Will he speak about UP where crime cases appear to be highest in India ( on record it may be low as because FIRs related to crime are not registered there so easily as in MP or other states.
Further Kejriwal says that only 131 out of 31000 police case has been convicted by court.
Does he think that court is also under control of Delhi police or Mr. Modi?
Does he not have time and money to spend for quick disposal of pending cases in Delhi courts?
After a threat issued by Shiv Sena , program of Gulam Ali was cancelled in Mumbai and Pune. Kejriwal has extended his support from Delhi to Gulam Ali, singer of Pakistan and has invited him to Delhi. It is said that Gulam Ali has accepted his invitation and the program is scheduled in the month of December this year.
Now million dollar question is why Kejriwal has invited Gulam Ali to Delhi.?
How he will provide security to such a large gathering?
Wherefrom his government will arrange fund meet large expenses on arranging such prestigious gathering?
Will he make money for his party through such programs?.
He can spend Rs.500 crore on advertisement for his party and he can spend money in organising a program for Pakistan based singer , but he does not have fund for controlling Dengu in Delhi or better roads, better schools, better mid day meal for school children, better water and power for rural folks who are still deprived of etc.
He says Modi is making foreign tours and not getting time to look after killings, rapes and kidnappings taking place in Delhi. He advises Modi to stop foreign tours and concentrate on Delhi issues. I am unable to understand why Kejriwal not focusing his mind on delhi State and why he is inviting a Pakistani singer to Delhi and forcing disturbance of peace in Delhi?
Is it again to malign image of Modi and to please voters?
What type of politics it is?
Is he doing the politics to prove that he is lover of Pakistan ?
Is he trying to create mass disturbances through his supporters on program day and win the heart of Muslim voters by putting blame on Modi?
When Kejriwal is unable to provide security to women in Delhi due to disobedience of police, how he will provide security to Gulam Ali and his program.?
Does he want to prove that he is better and more powerful CM than any other CM of the country and thus ridiculing CM of Maharashtra ?
Does he want to prove that he is better than notorious Shiv Sena?
No doubt he is honest and clean hearted man.
As a politicians he might have become ambitious to become PM .
But as CM of Delhi , what people of Delhi can expect from good leaders like Kejriwal?

A person who use to say that he loves country more than him, his party and any other leader. He is making sarcastic comment always on foreign tours made by Mr. Modi as Prime Minister of India. Is it the way to brighten the image of our country?
When someone ask what is the need of inviting Gulam Ali , a Pakistani singer. He replies that he wants friendship with Pakistan .
Is it the duty of CM of Delhi to work for friendship between two countries India and Pakistan?
I am most confident that intelligent Mr. Arvind Kejriwal CM of Delhi understand the views of common men and he can read the pulse of common men in India. Kejriwal has great potential to lead state and the country . He has to focus Delhi for at least five years and prove that he is actual well wisher of Delhites. He will worshipped by all. In all other states police is in control of CM , still crime is there and in bigger volume. CM can control his state legally through various other available ways. Every thing is not in the hands of police only and if it is so there is no need of having a CM.
Delhi is a union territory since freedom and it was given a separate stats with some control with centre 20 years ago. CM has to learn to work in framework of Constitution only
Constitution makers were a group of most learned and intelligent men who took three years in making of our Constitution. Since then none of ruling parties thought it fit to make Delhi a full fledged state. Several Scholars of this country have applied their brain on this topic during last seven decades but could not suggest giving Delhi a full statehood.. Arvind Kejriwal is also an educated person and an intelligent men. He also understands that it is essential to continue status quo for Delhi.
But he still cries for getting police power to befool illiterate voters and simultaneously by putting blame on Modi he is trying to earn sympathy of voters and specially Muslim voters as other politicians are doing. He may make several abusing remarks against Modi and try to decrease rising popularity of Modi and BJP but people of Delhi and our country understand the ground reality. Kejriwal became CM of Delhi by abusing and accusing others and he thinks that by accusing others he may remain in power for long and become PM a day. He is perhaps wondering in dreamland.
Lastly I would like to state that a Deputy Collector or SDO in a district or a subdivision has limited power and he has to administer within defined rules and he gets success in managing the affairs if he or she is not disturbed by dirty politician. Branch Manager of banks manage the branch though they do not have power to take action against erring staff. There is defined framework to punish a erring staff and every officer has to follow it. An officer cannot say that he will manage the branch only if he is given the power to dismiss a staff.
Similarly Kejriwal cannot administer well only by abusing LG or Modi. By this act he is denigrating his own status and making mockery of his post. He holds a Constitutional post and not a leader of civil society movement . He cannot now cry like an agitationists. But he takes pride in crying like a layman.
Who will teach him the ethics of administration or how to change the rule before violating the rule of law?

Kejriwal is focusing on BJP ruled states only as an strategy to capture India and dethrone Modi. He criticise CMs of Rajasthan, MP, Chhatishgarh and other BJP ruled states only. He does not find any fault in the state of WB, Bihar, AP, Kerala, Orissa and so on. Likewise Media also ignore entire country and focus on Delhi, Bihar and UP only. It is their strategy too.

A mentally-challenged 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by three men in Dharwad, the cultural capital of Karnataka on Monday. The police are on the lookout for the accused, who are said to be acquaintances of the victim.

Ghasipura, Oct 17: In a gruesome incident, a tribal man hacked to death the widow of his younger brother after he failed to rape her. The incident took place in Kusabani village of Kathakata panchayat in Anandapur block of Keonjhar district, Saturday.
According to reports, Ladik Ho had lost her husband Roya Ho, a year ago, leaving her and a 10-year-old daughter. Since then Ladik and her daughter have been leading a miserable life by doing odd jobs.
However, Surendra Ho, elder brother of late Roya, was seeking sexual favour from the widow. Thursday night, Ladik was asleep in her house when Surendra barged into her house on pretext of chasing a thief. But he tried to rape her, which was resisted by Ladik. She, however, managed to escape and informed the matter to the villagers.
